My name is Mike Plompen and I run Busman.be, located in Belgium.

Just like you I’m a T3 freak, doing this only as a hobby.

I prefer to keep it that way : this way I don’t HAVE to sell anything so I can share my passion with my customers instead of having to earn my living and therefore pushing them  to buy something. Therefore many of my “customers” become good friends which is great.

Personally I’m driving an orange crewcab 16 inch syncro with nato canopy and a 3.2 wbx6 engine from oettinger.

My wife’s driving a blue metallic 16 inch caravelle with a 1600td as a daily driver. For heavy offroading we have a 1600td doka that we converted into cabriolet, a six persons convertible transporter with a crane on it :-)

So hobbywise I buy and sell special T3’s worldwide, with the focus on the extremely rare 16 inch syncro 4x4 transporters (2138 build) and the tristar (1500 build).

These cars I ship sell worldwide, from the European continent till the US, Canada and Japan, which is quite easy for me as I’m located near the ports of Antwerp/Zeebruges, Europe’s biggest car ports.

Apart frop selling syncro’s I also sell some specialist T3 parts, of which the Jagdwagen Rollcage and the ProjektZwölf bumpers are exclusive parts you can’t find anywhere else.

If you want something more special you can have any car from busman technically modified by Jean Louis Brion. Then you can think of electronical or mechanical TDI conversions with modified clutch and gearbox, cruise controll, power windows, bi-xenon headlights, 30mm ventilated front discs etc.
