T5 Weekender Plus
T5 Weekender Plus : our MULTIpurpose VAN with giant bed and storage room. Seats 5 to 7, sleeps 2 to 5, short or long wheelbase. Removeable rear bench
The Weekender Plus is a MULTIpurposeVAN with a 205x160 cm giant bed and a long sideboard closet with room for a coolbox, a toilet and luggage.
A standard Weekender Plus has a short wheelbase and a 2,0 TDI Euro 5 engine with a 5 speed gearbox and electronic immobilizer. The car comes with safety devices ABS, EDS, ASE,ESP and DPF an two airbags. Standard tainted windows all around. Optional you can get engines up to 132 kW (180HP), a 6 speed gearbox or a 7 speed DSG automatic gearbox. The Weekender Plus can also be ordered in the 4x4 4Motion version.
With the rear bench in normal position you have a 475 l trunk, but when you take out the rear bench you get 5000 liters of storage in a short wheelbase Weekender Plus and even 6000 liters in the long wheelbase version. The car has 5 comfortable seats with three point seatbelts. The bench can slide front and backwards and can be taken out when needed. As an option you can get a drawer under the rear bench, or you can decide to leave it open so that you can fit in long parts like e.g. a surfboard.
The Weekender Plus comes standard with turning front seats and a turning table which can be used on the inside and the outside of the car. The car comes with curtains for the windows.
Options are a 23 liters compressor fridge, a compact kitchen with cartridge gas cooker, a drawer under the bench, a safe, a sink with 13 liters of fresh and 13 liters of grey water and a porta potti box with toilet, second battery and a night heater
The Weekender Plus can be ordered with the factory roof, with a small pop up roof in the middle of the car, a pop up sleeping roof or a hightop roof with or without an extra bed for two persons
